About Us

RealityBox is a fast-growing creative production house working at the intersection of travel, storytelling, and visual excellence. From high-end tourism board films to branded campaigns and original content, we tell stories that connect. Ranchi is our next stop — and we’re looking to build a strong presence there.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate business from government institutions, tourism boards, and PSUs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector stakeholders
• Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and client-specific presentations
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to deliver customized solutions
• Represent RealityBox in meetings, networking events, and regional business forums
• Maintain a strong lead pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

Requirements

• MBA from IIM, XLRI, or any reputed business college
• Minimum 3 years of walk-in/field experience in business development (preferably in government or institutional sectors)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ranchi
