• Research brands, tourism boards, agencies, and creators we can partner with
• Maintain CRM and update lead sheets and outreach trackers
• Draft cold emails, proposals, follow-ups, and meeting briefs
• Assist the Brand Partnerships Manager with deck building and outreach
• Help with call scheduling, notes, and post-call follow-ups
• Coordinate internally with the design/writing team when needed

• Must have interned or worked at an

  advertising agency

  or a

  creative marketing agency

• 0–2 years of experience in

  business development, client servicing, or marketing partnerships

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a client-facing role
• Exposure to

  travel, media, production, or branded content

  industries
• Comfortable with tools like

  Notion, Google Sheets, LinkedIn

  , or any CRM software

• Learn the real business of content and brand partnerships
• Work directly with the founder and core team
• Get hands-on experience in pitching, research, and client strategy
• Be part of an energetic, growth-focused environment with creative impact
