Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all official social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create and post engaging content on a regular schedule
Write captions aligned with the organisation’s tone and messaging
Plan and maintain a monthly
social media calendar
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and program teams for content inputs
Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and analytics
Respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest improvement ideas

Skills Required:

Strong writing and editing skills (English, Hindi & Bengali preferred)
Basic knowledge of Canva / design coordination
Understanding of Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn analytics
Creative mindset and ability to turn ideas into engaging posts
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Experience:

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Formal training in Social Media Marketing preferred
