What Youll Do

• Ideate and plan creative content: build monthly calendars, write caption copy, select keywords/hashtags, and make brand stories land.
• Craft posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more, ensuring every channel looks and feels right for Buildskill.
• Track competitors: dig into what they’re posting, spot trends, and find the gaps that help us stand out.
• Run regular analytics and reporting for all channels; share what’s working, what’s not, and what needs a new spin.
• Keep up with the latest platform updates, tools, and digital strategies; apply agency/brand experience to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for launch support, campaign tweaks, and visual storytelling.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years’ experience in social media with agency or brand background.
• Digital native: quick with platforms, fast on research, great at finding creative angles.
• Solid understanding of analytics, competitor research, and performance reporting.
• Excellent written communication; strong with captions, community replies, and creative brainstorming.
• Confident planning, multitasking, and delivering consistently on quick timelines.
