Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding
Conceptualize and design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, presentations, and print collaterals.
Develop and maintain visual brand identity across all platforms.
Illustration & Artwork
Create original illustrations, icons, infographics, and character designs as required.
Translate abstract concepts into visually engaging designs.
AI-Driven Creativity
Leverage AI tools (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, ChatGPT integrations, etc.) to accelerate ideation, generate variations, and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated with emerging AI trends in design and implement innovative techniques in ongoing projects.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Key Requirements

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2–5 years of proven experience in graphic design and illustration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Strong illustration and drawing skills (digital & hand-drawn).
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.).
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand aesthetics.
Soft Skills:
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Adaptability to fast-changing tech and design trends.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,455.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
