What You’ll Do:

• Develop data-informed social media strategies

  to advance our brand awareness, community growth, and mission-driven goals (e.g., event registrations, newsletter sign-ups).
• Create high-impact, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with our brand voice,

  utilizing AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimization.

• Manage and grow our online community by fostering authentic conversations, responding with empathy, and building advocacy

  —turning followers into brand ambassadors.

• Use analytics and AI-powered insights

  to track performance, prove ROI, and continuously iterate on our strategy.

  You don't just report numbers; you tell the story behind them.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and business teams to launch impactful campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with

  emerging trends, platform updates, and new digital tools (including generative AI)

  to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• A creative and strategic mindset with an eye for design.

• Familiarity with content creation and productivity tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) and a strong curiosity about leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance creativity and efficiency.

• Basic knowledge of interpreting social media analytics (Google Analytics, platform insights) to inform decisions.

• A genuine passion for community management. You love talkingwithpeople, not just talkingatthem.

• Proven ability to increase meaningful engagement and grow an authentic audience.

• Bonus Points For:

  Experience in a non-profit, climate tech, or health sector. Understanding of SEO and digital content optimization.
