Sitecore Lead

We’re looking for Technical Lead – you will be working with a team of highly skilled, innovative and passionate Sitecore MVPs on creating cutting edge projects for Fortune 500 customers. Responsibilities

• As a Technical lead of the software development team he/she will be focusing on Sitecore, Microsoft Technologies and will work in tandem with Architects/Delivery Manager and customer technical managers to execute projects as per the requirements.
• Participate in a wide range of design activities, from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specification.
• Drives technical design and implementation and provide technical expertise to the project team and some coding.
• Ensure design/architecture meets internal/client recommended standards.
• Perform regular code/design reviews.
• Provide technical leadership to the team.
• Would be responsible for designing, building and delivering innovative solutions with a focus on advanced technical strategies, business process design and technical architecture.
• Define and implement solutions fast, efficiently and cost effectively.
• Responsible for Architecting Solutions, Providing Technical Coverage to the project

Requirements

• Must have creativity and innovation and the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns. It is also important for a Tech Lead to understand how the disciplines work together to provide a complete solution for our clients.
• 6 yrs Experience in ASP.NET, C#
• Knowledge of Headless /SXA is preferred.
• Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end Sitecore implementation/projects.
• SQL Server 2000 and/or 2005 /2008.
• Needs to have development experience on maintenance projects.
• Exposure to JavaScript, Web Services, Ajax, Stored Procedures and Triggers is must
• Experience in WCF, WPF, LINQ, Silver light, Web parts.
• Knowledge of UI framework (Angular/React) is the preferred one.
• Experience and knowledge of Relational Databases
• Hands on experience of any of the Microsoft platform unit testing tools
• Hands on experience of any of the code analyzer tools (Microsoft platforms)
• Hands on experience on any of the continuous integration tools (Microsoft platforms)
• Broad understanding of digital solutions/vertical would be an added advantage.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• If applicant has valid Visa, it would be added advantage.
• Person should be willing to travel
• Good to have knowledge of ISMS
