Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and implementing Sitecore solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Sitecore projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in web content management and digital marketing.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sitecore Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Strong understanding of Sitecore products, including Web Content Management, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience Management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
