Interested candidates can share the resume along with details on below mail ID- pallavi.chaughule@tcs.com Role: Site Reliability Engineer Must Have: SRE, Splunk, Snowflake Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4 + years to 12 years Please share below details- Full Name: Email: Contact Details: Total Experience: Current location: Preferred location: Relevant Experience: Notice Period: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Current Company Name: Education or career gap (if any): EP Reference Number (if already registered with TCS) – Highest Qualification: Highest Qualification University Name: Job Description: Responsibilities Cover both functional and non-functional aspects of reporting and monitoring Be involved in the entire software delivery lifecycle Build monitoring for API applications and data transformation pipelines Establishment and monitoring of SLOs, SLAs, SLIs Failure Mode and Effects Analysis ( FMEA ) and resiliency testing Develop and execute Splunk/Snowflake queries for ticketing and reporting Work with Engineering to converge on standard logging to facilitate efficient monitoring Participate in PI & Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies Partner with Engineering to improve testing and release procedures Manage the hand off from Engineering to Production Support Develop skills in new automation tools to improve the automation penetration Contribute towards implementation of new ideas & solutions Adheres to the organization's best practices and help to drive changes to achieve more efficiency Should Acquire deep knowledge and understanding of the overall application landscape. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science 4+ years of experience in a SRE role, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes Strong experience with Splunk Experience with Snowflake Experience with Service Now Familiarity with Agile and Continuous delivery Good to have Knowledge on any automation tools Knowledge on API Knowledge on all phases of Test Cycles (Test Design, Test Reviews, Test Execution, Defect management & reporting) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Demonstrate accuracy and possess a keen eye for detail Desirable Skills Exposure to API through POSTMAN Program Language proficiency Show more Show less
