We are seeking passionate engineers to join our SRE team, focusing on enhancing platform reliability, automating infrastructure, and improving developer workflows. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work on large-scale systems, collaborate across teams, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS and GCP to ensure scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery. Platform Tooling: Build and maintain internal tools, libraries, and platform services that boost reliability and engineer productivity. CI/CD Automation: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, GitHub Actions, etc.) for seamless deployments.. Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Helmfile. Relational & NoSQL Databases: Proficient in designing, managing, and optimizing databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with hands-on experience in query optimization, indexing, and schema design. Observability: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) to proactively identify and resolve issues. Reliability Engineering: Participate in on-call, handle incident response, and enable best practices for uptime and resilience. Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to simplify deployments and champion SRE culture and implement best practices for all products and infrastructure. Security & Compliance: Support security best practices and ensure infrastructure compliance. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with security, SRE, and DevOps best practices, continuously driving improvements in tooling, automation, detection, and knowledge-sharing. Who are we looking for? 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Platform engineering roles (SDE-1/SDE-2). Strong experience with AWS and GCP (production-grade, multi-az cloud deployments). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/ECS. Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience securing and administering MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. Solid skills with CI/CD tools (Argo CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) including integrating security automation. Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go). Experience with monitoring and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, PagerDuty). Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Passion for security, reliability, automation, and empowering developers.
