Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Supervise and coordinate the execution of site operations across a defined region, translating the cluster-level operational strategy into on-ground action. Lead a team of site SPOCs and site operations executives to deliver consistent and compliant people processes across onboarding, engagement, incident handling, contractor governance, and HR admin support. Act as the regional liaison for compliance, workforce management, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring delivery quality, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Provide input to the Cluster Lead on execution challenges, trends, and site-level insights.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Regional Execution Oversight: Ensure timely and uniform execution of onboarding, induction, engagement, compliance, and off-roll workforce processes across all sites in the region Monitor service delivery standards, identify execution gaps, and escalate issues to the Cluster Lead for resolution Track performance metrics and maintain process discipline through checklists, trackers, and audit tools Team Leadership & Enablement: Lead and coach a team of site ops executives or SPOCs in the region Ensure capability building for site teams through upskilling, process refreshers, and SOP adherence Review team performance, manage workloads, and ensure cross-site coverage Compliance, Governance & Reporting: Supervise compliance activities at the site level, including contractor licenses, Legatrix tasks, time and attendance records (Kronos), and legal notice handling Review documentation and reporting prepared by site teams for leadership visits, audits, and escalations Coordinate with legal, HR, and admin to close open actions across sites HR Administrative Support: Ensure timely support for HR Ops needs including onboarding, exit formalities, policy communication, and grievance redressal Monitor Day 1 to Day 90 orientation and feedback mechanisms for new joinees Oversee execution of HR calendars and event plans through vendors or internal teams Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for business and functional stakeholders in the region Liaise with external vendors (staffing, admin, engagement) for timely execution and SLA adherence Facilitate coordination with Admin, IT, Security, and Compliance teams at site level

Technical Competencies


    Talent Management Systems (TMS): TMS platforms are used to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management and development.,Process Improvement: HR professionals should be able to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions using technology.,HR Software Proficiency,Data-Driven Insights: Using data to support HR strategies and initiatives, such as workforce planning and employee engagement programs, is essential.

Qualifications and Experience


    Internal Stakeholders: Site Admin / Security / IT Teams Business Unit Managers HR Operations and Compliance Teams External Stakeholders: Contractor workforce and vendor supervisors External agencies for compliance, staffing, and engagement Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration) Work Experience: 1–4 years in a site HR/admin operations, facilities, or support role Experience in managing documents, stakeholders, and workforce support at site level
