The role involves working on-site and with client project teams to review physical progress, verify contractor bills, and ensure alignment between technical execution, quantity measurement, and contractual documentation. You will contribute directly to improving transparency, governance, and cost control on large-scale infrastructure projects.

The candidate should be open to extensive travelling across the country and long-term deployments at project sites

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  on-site verification of executed works

  and validate quantities against drawings, BOQs, and measurement sheets.
• Support

  review and certification of contractor and vendor bills

  based on physical progress and contractual terms.
• Perform

  rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and cost verification

  to identify deviations or overpayments.
• Review

  measurement books, RA bills, and supporting documentation

  for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with

  Project Management Teams (PMTs)

  and contractors to obtain required records and clarifications.
• Prepare

  site visit reports, bill verification summaries, and exception notes

  highlighting observations and recommendations.
• Assist in establishing

  standardized processes and templates

  for measurement and billing review.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality, safety, and documentation protocols

  during verification.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in

  work measurement, bill certification, or project quantity surveying

  .
• Experience in

  infrastructure, industrial, or building projects

  preferred.
• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement documentation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  BOQ, rate analysis, and project billing cycles

  .
• Ability to travel to project sites as per assignment requirements.
