Billing Engineer

• To prepare bill for client and vendors. Bill of materials (BOM)and Bill of quantity(BOQ) for Interior fit-out and Interior design projects.
• Check labour bills from site.
• To take quantity from CAD drawings and make drawings in AutoCAD necessary for billing purpose.
• This job majorly involves office and site measurement works of billing for client and vendors.
• Following with clients for payments.

Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of all Interior details, i.e., furniture details, Electrical, plumbing, tiling.
• Minimum 4 yrs of experience working on billing in an Architecture/Interior firm.-
• Experience in commercial and residential projects.

Role:

• To take Bill of materials (BOM)and Bill of quantity(BOQ) for Interior fit-out and Interior design projects.

Skills required:

• Basic Knowledge of software like Excel &, Word and good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read all the site drawings.
• Ability to prepare Bill , BOQ from CAD drawings.
• Communication skills English - Both verbal and written skills.
• Ability to learn, improve knowledge and skills required to meet the expectations of the role.
