Designation: Site Engineer – Civil (Building Projects) Location(s): Shirdi / Beed / Raigad / Pune Experience: 3–7 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Role Overview: We are seeking skilled and experienced Site Engineers to manage our building construction projects across multiple locations in Maharashtra. The role involves supervising on-site execution, ensuring quality, coordinating with teams, and delivering projects within timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute daily site activities as per project plans. • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, IS codes, and safety standards. • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams efficiently. • Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share updates with project managers. • Verify measurements for billing and contractor payments. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the head office. • Handle site material planning and maintain inventory records. • Resolve technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery. Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of building construction (RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination). • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural & structural drawings. • Hands-on experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and reporting tools. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
