We are seeking skilled and experienced Site Engineers to manage our building construction projects across multiple locations in Maharashtra. The role involves supervising on-site execution, ensuring quality, coordinating with teams, and delivering projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute daily site activities as per project plans.

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, IS codes, and safety standards.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams efficiently.

Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share updates with project managers.

Verify measurements for billing and contractor payments.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the head office.

Handle site material planning and maintain inventory records.

Resolve technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of building construction (RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination).

Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural & structural drawings.

Hands-on experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and reporting tools.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
