Billing Engineer

The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing project billing, ensuring accurate measurement of work done, and coordinating with clients and internal teams for timely submission and approval of bills. The role requires strong knowledge of construction processes, quantity surveying, and contract management.

• Prepare and submit client bills as per contract terms and project progress.
• Verify quantities and measurements at site for accurate billing.
• Maintain records of work executed and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for bill approvals.
• Prepare subcontractor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor project cost and assist in cost control measures.
• Handle documentation related to billing, contracts, and variations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and contract terms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
