Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing for electrical manufacturing projects/products with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and submit customer invoices as per purchase orders, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Track project, material, and production-related costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Generate billing summaries, cost reports, and financial dashboards for management review.
• Maintain organized documentation: contracts, delivery challans, work orders, material records, and correspondences.
• Ensure billing compliance with internal policies and client agreements.
• Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and sales teams to collect billing-related data.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Recommend improvements to billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in basic cost analysis, material consumption tracking, and supplier performance insights.
