Billing Engineer

Job Title: Senior Engineer Billing Department: Billing Department Reports To: HOD - Billing

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills submitted by contractors/subcontractors. Cross-check billed quantities with MBs (Measurement Books), BOQs, Drawings, and Site Progress Reports. Ensure billed work aligns with contract terms, item rates, and approved drawings.

• Take and verify site measurements for executed works (civil, structural, MEP, etc.). Maintain and update Measurement Books (MB) with proper records and documentation.

• Coordinate with the clients quantity surveying and project control teams. Work Certification & Progress Validation-

• Maintain accurate records of daily/weekly/monthly physical progress for billing alignment. Communicate with the Head Office billing/finance teams for bill submission, clarification, and approvals. Coordinate with contractors, site execution teams, and consultants for timely billing inputs Documentation -

• Maintain all billing-related documentation: o RA bills o Work orders o MBs o Site instructions o Variation orders
