Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Work under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities:

• Working with financial departments with responsibility for Budgets, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable 

• Preparing month end BRS and Petty cash Reconciliation. 

• Coordinating monthly payroll functions for 100+ employees 

• Preparing of MIS reports.

• Vendor’s reconciliation. 

• Working Capital & Cash Management: Manage timely availability of funds for operation and ensure efficient utilization of funds.

• Maintaining ledgers, Scrutiny, verifying & processing receipt & payment vouchers, reconciliation & settlement of Vendors, managing petty cash

• Preparation of TDS working and payment.

• Proficiency in GST Reconciliation with excel sheet

• Day to Day accounting entries passed in Tally system.

• Daily Bank reconciliation.

• Petty Cash handling, Purchases bills book, Office and Other expenses.

• Purchase bill booking.

• Petty Cash handling.

• Payment (Cheque Preparing) voucher.

• Preparing Sale Invoice.


Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles

• Awareness of business trends

• Experience with creating financial statements

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail
