Our product is built to be simple, powerful, and accessible — no technical expertise needed. We’re looking for a Sales Associate to help us scale by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals across multiple industries. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and engage inbound and outbound leads (primarily SMBs) Conduct product demos and communicate value propositions tailored to the prospect’s needs Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and feedback loops Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain a deep understanding of the product, industry trends, and competitors Gather client feedback to relay to product and customer success teams Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales; SaaS experience is a strong plus Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs Ability to understand client pain points and map them to product benefits Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience selling to SMBs or startups is a plus Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI tools or automation software Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment Understanding of buyer psychology and sales frameworks like SPIN, MEDDIC, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
