Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic & UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual and user experience aspects of our brand across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and brand objectives. Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. Create user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for web and mobile applications. Develop responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics. Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on feedback. Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic and/or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio. Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, responsive design, and UX principles. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design documentation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
