Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic and/or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio. Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, responsive design, and UX principles. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design documentation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
