Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Will be accountable for day-to-day planning scheduling / Tracking, Logistic etc.
  • Project completion in accordance with agreed scope, time, cost and safety parameters.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update detailed works planning and program, preparation of master schedule with resources estimation in excel/MSP/primavera and tracking of the same.
  • Preparation of DPR & DLR on daily basis.
  • Preparation of all MIS reports on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • Study & understand the progress of all construction activities and track the same as per the schedule.
  • Ensure that all planning and document controls reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the project coordination procedure.
  • Assist the team to mobilize Vendor / contractor on time.
  • Analysis for cost and time optimization for smooth execution. Study/ understand all relevant documents / conditions pertaining to the project and develop the tracking mechanisms as per the project requirement.  (Budget preparation and budget tracking)
  • Ensure that all construction activities confirm to architect specifications
  • Establish detailed schedule from initial stage to sales launch stage which shall include design, internal approvals, authority submission and approvals, tender documentation, tender and award as well as indicative construction schedules for key components e.g. earthwork, piling, sales gallery and shown units as well as the main contract construction.
  • Co- ordinate with all related stack holder like Architect, consultant & execution team.
  • Track the CRM Milestone dates as per work schedule. (CRM dates)
  • DPR amount in FAR vision: - The actual percentage work you have to give to billing engineer then billing engineer convert it in to amount as per work order rate. This work done used for preparation of cashflow for the project.   (Incurred and paid cost statement)
  • In Co-ordination with Projdect Head, review & prepare detail description and specification for activity for which contract needs to be finalized.  The quantity shall be given by billing team.
  • Prepare preliminary estimates at proposal stage. Prepare the BOQ, Specification will be provided by planning engineer, the quantity will be given by billing engineer. (Budget)
