What Does The Role Entail

Working as part of our UI/UX team, we are seeking a Website Developer to take us to the next level in website design and development. With support from our branding, digital marketing, and performance teams, we are looking for a proactive, experienced team member to oversee the design, development and optimisation of our client's websites. The Website Developer will be responsible for completing multiple design projects for clients ensuring the development matches the designs created by the UI / UX team.

As the website developer, you will:

• Convert final figma designs shared by the team into the final working website. 
• Manage all aspects of the client website development, including content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements.
• Conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Utilise analytics to track performance and guide optimization.
• Deliver consistent website enhancement and development based on testing and learning
• Working with the digital team, Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
• Drive change through best practices ensuring the client's site delivers what the target audience needs
• What do you need to join us
• The Technical
• Proficiency in web design software and tools, such as Webflow, Shopify, Framer & Figma is a must.
• Understanding of Web UI development - React is a big plus (HTML5, CSS, JS, TypeScript)
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing websites.
• Understanding web standards and SEO best practices ensuring designs are optimised for search engines and accessible to all users.
