Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Lenexis FoodWorks Pvt Ltd., with 3-6 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the food establishment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve efficient service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer engagement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, with experience in stock control and optimization.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software.
