Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Lenexis FoodWorks Pvt Ltd., with 3-6 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the food establishment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve efficient service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Foster a positive work environment, providing training and development opportunities to staff members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management principles.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
