Job Description

Primary skills

Roles

Administration, Management and maintenance of SharePoint On-Prem farms.
Provide 3rd line end user support for SharePoint On-Prem (2010\2013\2016) and O365 services.
Mentor 2nd line support for core M365 components and services.
Manage Office 365 Cross-functional capabilities (Licenses, reporting, services and settings).
Configure and maintain site collections, list, web parts, workflow and integrate SharePoint with other MS products.

Mandatory Skills

Should have SharePoint On-Prem and O365 functionality knowledge
Able to Administer, manage and maintain using UI and PowerShell.
On-Prem and O365 configuration skills.
SharePoint patching.
Knowledge of Workflow manager & Nintex workflows.
Management of O365 Users, Groups, Logs, Polices, Reports, Data governance and security settings.
Experience in managing and working with office 365 Groups, OneDrive, Teams, StaffHub, Flow, Forms and other Apps.
Relative working knowledge Database, SQL, AD, ADFS, Network, Exchange.
Knowledge of hybrid setup.
Knowledge of SharePoint hosted and provider hosted apps.
Working knowledge of O365 mobile apps (i.e. Outlook, OD4B, Teams, Yammer, etc. apps).
Proficient in Spoken & Written English.

Nice to have knowledge

SharePoint designer, InfoPath forms.
PowerShell scripting.
Csom\Jsom, Graph API, JS, jQuery, AngularJS.
3rd party tools such ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix.
O365 Power automate, Delve, MyAnalytics, OneNote , Planner, Sway, Stream, ToDo, Videos.
SharePoint On-Prem to Online migration.
Service reporting (Including developing tools for reporting purpose).
Incident, Change, Problem management as per ITIL processes.
SharePoint & O365 roadmap
Coordinate the activities between different teams.
