Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Associate Experience : 5+-10 Yrs.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the managing day to day operations on Sharepoint Online Administration
Experience with SharePoint Classic and Modern Sites
Workflow Development with Power Automate including Power Apps Development Experience
Experience Working with PowerShell

Key Responsibilities:

This role require candidate to work in shifts and interact with customer on a daily basis.
Work on ongoing and new projects throughout project life cycle.
Serve as subject matter expert for all Sharepoint development work.
Be on-call on a rotational basis for critical issues.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

Manage and troubleshoot access requests to SharePoint
Manage content additions to SharePoint Sites (Modern/Classic)
Restoration and recovery of Sites and Data
Develop SharePoint Sites to meet users' needs
Troubleshoot and mange existing IT owned workflows in Power Automate
Support users with Workflow Development in Power Automate
Support Data Migrations within SharePoint
Support Data Migrations to or from SharePoint
Manage Client requested projects
Migration of Classic SharePoint Sites to Modern Sites
Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary
Compose and compile thorough documentation to enable ongoing administration and support of their respective systems and applications.
Strong ITIL process knowledge
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Professional Experience:

End to end incident, problem management with RCA
Be On-Call for critical issues
Review and recommend improvements within existing technical environment
Strong ITIL Process knowledge
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
