Role-ServiceNow Developer

Required Technical Skill Set -ServiceNow, HTML, JavaScript

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have:

1. Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
2. Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (4+ years)
3. Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
4. Experience of working with Integrations, E-bonding is preferred
5. Experience in Production support of ServiceNow
6. Certified System Admin (CSA)
7. Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
8. Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous
9. Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
10. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
11. Pro-activeness
12. Being articulate & communicate effectively

Good-To-Have:

1. Certified Application Developer (CAD) and other ServiceNow Certifications.
2. Understanding on Business Processes and able to understand application design
3. Experience working with Onsite-Offshore model
4. Knowledge of ITIL
5. Experience from working in CI/CD pipelines
6. Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML
7. Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly

Responsibility:

1. Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable applications or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs
2. Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks and report to senior leadership
3. Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
4. Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems
5. Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed
6. Participates in Agile ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value
7. Requirements gathering
8. Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC
9. Resolve complex IT issues
10. Maintain and optimize the environment
11. Create new Portals, pages and custom UI
12. Provide continuous support in developing service catalog forms, designing workflows and notifications
