Roles & Responsibilities (vary by position):

• BA:

  Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and documentation

• Solution Architect:

  Define scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture

• Technical Architect:

  Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies

• BPC:

  Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions

• Technical Consultant:

  Configure, customize, and implement

  Service Mapping

  , Discovery, CMDB, and related modules

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow ITOM

  , especially

  Service Mapping

• Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CTA, etc.)
• Experience working with Middle East or U.S. clients
