Reporting to the Director of Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance, the ServiceNow Engineer will play a pivotal role of WSGR’s IT strategy for business processes, systems, applications, information, and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into efficient technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions. Also, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet IT needs and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations. The engineer ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

The role will lead assigned project(s) to facilitate the management of the WSGR’s ServiceNow initiatives to ensure the platform aligns with the firm’s business strategy across all US and International offices.
Has ownership of assigned project(s) and any escalations, working with external vendors.
Serve as a technical expert for ServiceNow design and support issues.
Responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow platform and enhancements to improve functionality and the overall end-user experience.
Proficient in interpreting the JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and development technologies to identify where ServiceNow templates can be used versus customization.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5yrs + experience on the ServiceNow platform, configuration, development, integration,
Excellent Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, GRC
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
Strong analytical, problem- solving, multitasking and time management skills.
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
