Job Description

As a ServiceNow Engineer/Consultant based in Gurgaon, India, you will have a senior role within the ServiceNow organization, with diverse responsibilities. Your primary task will be to own specific modules within the ServiceNow platform and act as a Subject Matter Expert for tools like ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, SPM, IntegrationHub, Midservers, and various coding languages and security protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Build platform capabilities using Flow Designer, custom code, and integrating with external systems - Actively work on platform tickets and incidents to ensure stability and security of the Instance - Brainstorm and implement new capabilities while providing training to existing staff for continuous learning and development Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of ServiceNow functionalities related to ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ServiceWatch, Midserver, and security architecture for SaaS platforms - Expertise in configuring base capabilities and demonstrating platform integration models effectively - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within the team and manage multiple workstreams efficiently - Clear communication of expectations and project status, along with the ability to mentor junior team members globally Additionally, your success in this role will be measured by your capability to deliver comprehensive documentation and training materials on various aspects of ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement across the team.,
