ServiceNow Developer/Implementer

As an experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Development, Implementation, Testing, and debugging skills on the ServiceNow platform - Customization of ServiceNow modules - Integration of ServiceNow instances using REST/SOAP APIs - Requirements gathering and designing the solutions - Experience in Angular JS Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Computers and Engineering Streams - Hands-on Experience on the ServiceNow tool for building custom applications and Integrations with third-party tools - Proficiency with JavaScript, Client and Server-side scripting, Business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, and all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system - Experience with UI interfaces within ServiceNow including Service Portal, CMS, Native UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Angular JS - Experience in Angular JS with Service Portal and data flow between front/back end - Excellent Development, debugging, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communications, Business Analysis, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills - Strong customer service mindset - Ability to multi-task and work with management to prioritize tasks - Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems and offer recommendations for resolution - Strong confidence in abilities and knowledge - Ability to work well in crisis situations - Strong sense of responsibility - Ability to work under minimal supervision Additionally, the company values individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, confidence in their abilities, and the capability to work effectively under minimal supervision.,
