As a Business Analyst at Cyanous Software Private Limited, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Your key responsibilities will include translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Working closely with ServiceNow developers and architects, you will ensure that solutions align with business goals and platform best practices. You will be responsible for conducting gap analysis and impact assessments for new requirements or changes. Additionally, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating results. You will maintain a product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility. Providing training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders as needed will also be part of your responsibilities. You will monitor and report on project progress, risks, and ensure successful project delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is essential. Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD is required. Ideally, you should also have experience with service mapping, FSO despite, S2P. Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and process flows is a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Preferred qualifications include being a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or holding other relevant certifications. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally is advantageous. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and practices is a plus. Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations or upgrades will be highly valued.
