You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across one or more business units to analyze and align technology solutions with strategic objectives. Act as a domain expert in ServiceNow, particularly across CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
