Backend Engineering

• Design and develop scalable backend services using

  Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

  .
• Build and optimize APIs (REST/GraphQL) for multi-channel applications.
• Deploy cloud-native solutions on

  AWS

  (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53).
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Ensure high availability and system performance through effective monitoring and troubleshooting.

CMS & Content Integration

• Integrate backend services with

  enterprise CMS platforms

  (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Contentstack, Contentful, Magnolia, etc.).
• Design and maintain content models, reusable components, and workflows.
• Enable publishing across

  web, mobile, and OTT platforms

  using APIs/webhooks.
• Follow CMS governance and workflow best practices.

Cloud & DevOps

• Work with

  Docker/Kubernetes

  for scalable deployments.
• Automate infrastructure using

  Terraform/Ansible

  .
• Monitor system health with

  Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana

  .

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams.
• Apply

  SOLID principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices

  .
• Contribute to

  code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation

  .
• Work in

  Agile/Scrum delivery cycles

  .

• Strong expertise in

  Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

  .
• Hands-on with

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience with

  REST/GraphQL APIs, integrations, publishing workflows

• Containerization & orchestration:

  Docker, Kubernetes

• CI/CD tools:

  MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB

• Exposure to (or strong interest in)

• Strong troubleshooting skills with monitoring tools.

• Prior hands-on with enterprise CMS platforms.
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, streaming pipelines).
• DevSecOps exposure.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–9 years of backend development experience.
• Proven ability to work in

  global, cross-functional teams
