Sr. ML Engineer

As an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with over 6 years of total experience, including more than 5 years in relevant Machine Learning roles, you will be responsible for building and scaling mission-critical ML systems to optimize core capabilities. Your primary focus will be on designing and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines, encompassing the entire process from training to monitoring. Utilizing supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods, you will tackle various business challenges by implementing scalable solutions using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. In this role, you will play a key part in driving MLOps adoption within the organization, leveraging tools like MLflow and Kubeflow to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with engineering and data science teams is essential to ensure the successful delivery of production-grade ML solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, guiding them towards best practices in the field. A keen eye for emerging ML trends and the ability to implement them effectively are crucial aspects of this position. Your technical skills should include proven expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python is a must, along with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and CI/CD, is required. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP will be beneficial. While a background in energy/utilities is considered a plus, it is not mandatory for this role.
