As a ServiceNow Business Analyst with 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in bridging business requirements with technical implementations effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business needs. - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. - Assisting in configuring ServiceNow modules to support business processes. - Conducting gap analysis and providing recommendations for process improvements. - Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Creating reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and insights. - Staying updated with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
