Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollouts.
• Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and local hiring networks.
• Build and maintain a reliable talent pool for recurring real estate and operational roles.
• Ensure timely closures with professionalism and a positive candidate experience.

2. HR Operations & Onboarding

• Manage pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background checks.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Maintain updated employee records and recruitment trackers.

3. HR Process Management

• Prepare weekly hiring reports and dashboards for management.
• Contribute to the implementation of HRMS/ATS systems for process efficiency.
• Maintain and update standard job descriptions, templates, and HR documents.

4. Employee Coordination & Engagement

• Act as a bridge between employees and HR for day-to-day coordination.
• Support internal communication, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of experience in

  end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination

  , preferably in

  real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.

• Strong understanding of non-IT hiring and operational manpower needs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
