Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK Voice Process with Technical Support & Troubleshooting at Cyanous Software Private Limited located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, guiding clients through solutions, and recording and tracking customer queries. Additionally, the role includes supporting the business process improvement and delivering excellent customer service.
