Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai or Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust, scalable data pipelines and supporting advanced analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL tools. Manage end-to-end data flows from diverse sources, ensuring high data quality and availability. Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting needs. Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineering teams to integrate data solutions into the overall architecture. Ensure best practices in data governance, privacy, and security are followed throughout data lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering, including ETL development, data modeling, and data warehousing. Proficiency with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory is mandatory. Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and preferably R. Experience working with complex and large-scale data sets in enterprise environments. Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures and modern data platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. Nice To Have Experience with DevOps practices in data engineering workflows. Familiarity with other cloud services (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and data orchestration tools.
