Qualifications A Master's degree with extensive experience, a Bachelor's degree with significant experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics . Demonstrated expertise in a scientific domain area and related technology needs. Proven experience building strong teams with consistent practices in a matrixed organization. Experience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or technology organization is highly preferred. Experience with GxP data and system validation, and knowledge of regulatory requirements ( FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GLP, GCP ). In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles for coordinated solutions and teams via SAFe . SAFe Agilist, Certified Agile Leader , or similar certifications are preferred. Soft Skills & Competencies Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong transformation and change management experience. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities. Communication: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams. A strong understanding of ITIL and Incident, Problem, and Change Management Processes, as well as a working background in AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, and/or other technologies, will be beneficial. Experience with managing ITIL workflows in ServiceNow is also desired.
