Job Description

EPAM Anywhere is looking for ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to design and implement scalable IT service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and integration.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application performance and functionality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
