Job Description

Location:Bangalore, chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bhubaneshwar, Kochi

Role Overview

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategies. You will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and developers to propose scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture for enterprise implementations.

Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Agentic AI Solution and other ServiceNow modules.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Process Architects, DWS and Hybrid Infrastructure Solution Architect to create robust solution using Service Now Stack to meet the customer requirements depicted in RFx process.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Recommend and implement enhancements to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIs.

Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.

Familiarity with CMDB design and data modeling.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules – Preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.
