As a ServiceNow Architect at our organization, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions. You will be responsible for developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations using the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, configuring and implementing various ServiceNow modules such as CSM and ITSM will be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions - Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow platform - Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, etc. - Develop and maintain technical documentation In a leadership capacity, you will lead and mentor junior developers. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and providing technical guidance and support to development teams will be essential. Ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, are also key responsibilities. Moreover, staying up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and latest features and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity are crucial for this role.
