Service Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close service projects as per defined scope, timelines, and budgets
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Track project milestones and deliverables

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
• Manage client expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and changes
• Ensure adherence to service contracts and SLAs

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, design, procurement, and finance
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and service partners
• Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and services

Quality, Cost & Risk Management

• Ensure quality standards and service benchmarks are met
• Monitor project costs and control budget overruns
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS
• Track KPIs, service performance metrics, and post-project evaluations
• Ensure proper handover and project closure documentation

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards
• Implement best practices in service delivery and project governance

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
• Experience in service delivery, operations, or execution-based projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diplome in Engineering, Management, or a related field
