Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Project Manager located in Gurugram. The Service Project Manager will oversee daily service delivery management operations, manage engineering workforce and customer stakeholders ensuring timely daily task delivery, customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Tasks include coordinating IT service management activities, managing customer service interactions, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Service Delivery Management, Service Delivery, IT Service Management skills
• Experience with DevOps Technologies and tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, GitHub, Crowdstrike
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the tech or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
