Role Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Project Owners to promote company products. Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Conduct regular project visits for follow-up, product presentations, and technical clarifications. Generate repeat business by ensuring excellent after-sales service and timely support. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations , product demos, and proposals tailored to client needs. Work closely with design and technical teams to provide solutions that address customer challenges. Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the building material space. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy margins. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project status, and sales pipeline in CRM or reports. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Required Skills & Attributes Strong presentation and convincing skills with an ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with premium clientele. Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset. Good understanding of the building material market and project sales cycle. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
