Role Purpose

specification-led sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with

  Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors

• Conduct

  product presentations, design meetings, and sample walkthroughs

• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  specification targets

• Ensure products are specified in

  BOQs, tenders, and drawings

• Follow up with contractors and site teams for

  execution and order conversion

• Promote and sell

  customized and premium building material solutions

• Coordinate with internal technical, design, and production teams
• Track project pipeline, specifications, and conversions
• Develop new accounts and strengthen existing relationships

Product Responsibility

• Handle

  2–5 assigned building material product lines

• Ensure focus on premium and customized offerings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new Architects / IDs onboarded
• Value and number of specifications achieved
• Conversion of specifications into orders
• Business generated from assigned product lines
• Repeat business from key accounts

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years experience in

  building materials / architectural products

• Proven experience in

  specification-driven sales

• Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
