Job Description

Diesel Generator Knowledge of all brands. Service Technicians Allocations. Track Record of all Engineers. Communication to Suppliers.Plan, coordinate, and supervise all service and maintenance activities for generators. Lead and manage a team of service technicians and support staff. Schedule preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, technical procedures, and service quality. Provide technical support and training to the service team as needed. Liaise with clients to understand service needs and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement in coordination with the parts department. Ensure timely billing and documentation for all service jobs. Analyze service trends and implement improvements in service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and installation teams on customer feedback and project handovers.
