Role & Responsibility
-SLAs monitoring the as per activities assigned. -Tracking Installed / De-installed terminals. - Co-ordination and daily reporting for field activities. -Support for Field Team for issue resolution -MIS Reports and maintain Dash Boards based on departmental needs and requirements. -Various MIS report preparation for banking merchant as per Bank/managements requirement
Daily Assignment
Stock Management of Device & SIM card Daily Visit schedule report preparation and planning. Response and cooperation to team Timely deployment and update to backend team. Rejection completion in system on the same day. monitoring task completion at merchant location on the system.
